Be! Aggressive!

I'm putting this out to the universe. Here's the title of the short series: The Emasculation of Rocky. It is the precursor to The Fedups series, and it is also what has been brewing in my head for the past couple years. It's about a mischievous puppy and it's also about incredible defeat. The concept has been solid. The story-telling, in progress. The problem? I haven't been aggressively pushing forward. Rocky has been  little sketches and writings on napkins for too long. So here's me now, pushing myself to get his story developed into a presentation state, and one day picked up. Gonna do my best to keep updates that'll in turn, push me. Be! Be! Aggressive!

Really?

The Fedups has been a complex project that's been on and off in terms of progress... but there's still a pulse that's beating.

With its concept being an ongoing series, the planning, process, and work that demands can be overwhelming. Coupled with my current full work schedule, that amounts for too little for this one man to push forward.

I am still passionate about this project. The Fedups initially was set to open with the introduction to a cast of team members at a workplace who comically hate their jobs...but somehow find their own ways to get through the day.

Still retaining that spirit, I'm taking a different initial approach. I've been tinkering the story to premiere episodes with a focus on this little guy here, a rottweiler puppy named Rocky.

You'll learn more on him in the future. I hope to fill you in with new info on this project soon!

Help.

There's working on things you like, and then WORKING working. Which one typically takes more time? Yeah, that's what The Fedups is all about. Against all odds, at the end of the day there's that glimmer of....having to wake up for your morning shift. >_<

I need to give you updates on this project...when my days aren't full of WORKING working.
